We are located three doors south of the intersection of Bryan Road and Lumsden in Brandon. Here are some driving directions from various points around Tampa Bay: From Pinellas Proceed to I-275 Northbound towards downtown Tampa. Take the I-4 Exit East heading towards Orlando. At I-75 (New Exit 9, Old Exit 7) proceed South following the Naples signs. Take Highway 60 (New Exit 257, Old Exit 51) , the Brandon Exit, and veer left after exiting the highway proceeding East on Highway 60 / Brandon Blvd. Continue heading east approximately 2.8 miles and then veer right onto Lithia Pinecrest Road. The next street light is Bryan Road. Turn right onto Bryan and continue 6/10's of a mile to 1010 Bryan Road. From the Crosstown Expressway Proceed East on the Crosstown Expressway until you reach the Falkenburg Exit. After exiting, turn right onto Falkenburg. Continue driving South until you reach Causeway Blvd (also known as Lumsden as you head into Brandon). Continue on Lumsden Road until you come to the stoplight intersection for Bryan Road (approximately 3 miles). Turn right on Bryan. We are the 3rd house on the right.
